Sprung...
Here is our Easter picture courtesy of Mrs. Nelson and family who joined us for grilled burgers and hot dogs. It was a beautiful day and Jackson, we learned, is not fond of grass.
Today we had a microwave installed above the stove and I almost cried tears of joy.
Robbie finally figured out my iPod connection in the Wagon and I am once again listening to the music of my choosing on my commute to work.
I will be enrolling in my last three classes of my degree soon and soon isn't soon enough. I'm itching to defend my thesis.
Our vacation will actually be a Staycation and our itinerary grows daily. So far we hope to clean out the basement and reorganize our respective art spaces, have a garage sale, cleanse and de-clutter, take Jack to the zoo, take Nana to Powell Gardens, plant many flowers and paint many doors, have a Mom & Dad Only Day complete with shopping our favorite non-baby stores, eat at our favorite non-baby eateries and watch as many movies as we can cram into a week. It was either Vegas, Chicago or Staying Home and as much as I look forward to the first official Robbie and Catie Only Get-Away I am truly looking forward to time with my family and home.
So, this catches you up a bit. Spring has sprung and in only 44 short days Jackson Danger will be celebrating his first birthday. I think I just thought of a few more items to add to the itinerary.
