Ch..Ch..Ch..Ch..Changes...
Man, so much is going down, or at least getting ready to. Mrs. Nelson just finished a full day, still very pregnant, after her due date...so I imagine something will be happening there, soon...we hope. I hired the movers, paid the deposit and started weeding through all of our, well, honestly, crap. Wis has finally heard from the FAA and is heading back to the state she fled for California - of course, this time she's only back for a couple of months of training...but, I know a Pondering friend who will be grateful to have her back in OKC even for just awhile.
And, apparently that's it.
Huh. I could have sworn there was more. Maybe it just seems like a lot because of all the anticipation involved in the above mentioned stuff. These are big changes for my friends, for me, for Robbie, for our lives together. When I think about these friends and how we made connections in the first place I am often dumbfounded and amused...and then I think about the wonderful extended connections I've made because of accepting their friendship. Blessed a million times might be one way to describe how I feel. I am also insanely excited about a new friend (that being Mr. Max...yes, I said it) and a welcoming home of old friends.
Good times are headed our way and hopefully this will include some badminton and barbecue in our soon to be acquired back yard.
