Action Jackson...
Despite snow and sleet in Wichita, we made it to Oklahoma just in time for our 3-D/4-D ultrasound. Those in attendance included my parents, Robbie's mom and granny, Robbie's brother Billy and his wife Kim, my brother Daniel and Robbie's cousin Amanda. (I am sorry you couldn't make it Aunt Linda and Uncle Tom! I hope you're feeling better soon.) The energy in the room was palpable and everyone settled into their seats...cameras flashing and then the lights were turned down, my belly exposed and there he was, our little baby boy....and his arm.....covering his face.
Crystal, our ultrasound tech did a brilliant job of poking me rather hard in the belly to get him to move. She definitely had her work cut out for her because the moment she would stop pushing him around he would put that arm (and later his foot) right back into a face covering position.
Eventually we got some amazing shots of his sweet little face and we are pretty convinced he has my chin and a combination of our noses. Robbie said he got pretty emotional and I spent a good chunk of time praying he would move his arm. Overall I think everyone had a good time seeing this little miracle come to life. We ate a yummy meal at Ted's and even our nieces Lily and Parker joined us. More pictures to follow. Enjoy.

Oh, so sweet, can't wait to meet you!
He really liked sucking on his hands and feet...I see a binky in this baby's future.
And yes...he's still a Jackson, not a Clementine.
